According to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Samuel Joseph Inzerillo, aka "Sammy Edward Brake, Jr" is a delinquent sex offender, failing to register an address.

He was convicted of Lewd Acts to a Child in Canadian County in 2000.

Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Oklahoma County in 2006

Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Payne County in 2011

Two counts of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in Seminole County in 2016.

Samuel Inzerillo AKA Sammy Brake Jr. is currently in the custody of the Seminole County Jail.

On Tuesday 04/21/2020 Sammy Turned himself to the County Jail where he is currently being held on Multiple warrants for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Driving Under the influence.
